A bank is one thing, but having to supply a SSN is a different issue

Between your inability to get a real US absed bank acct (and Im pretty sure options like transferwise and such are not going to work for MP) and the fact you cannot provide them with either an EIN and/or SSN it doesnt sound like you have any options.

No - a stealth bank acct is NOT something people do. There is no way to create a 'stealth' bank acct since one needs to provide their SSN and real info to create a bank acct.
Maybe things in Russia are different but thats the way they are in the US.

You need to open it in person and be in the US on a non-immigrant VISA, don't think a tourist one will qualify though.

Fair enough, I just wanted to point out it's possible. I'm in the situation that I have a US eBay account and US bank account but don't have an SSN with which to make the transition to eBay MP.

False, a SSN is not required to open a US bank account.
Just as a Canadian, I have opened up USA bank accounts without a SSN but done with Canadian ID, a US mailing address (usually) and verification of said ID - some banks that are friendly to Canadians do this.
this is a chinese company incorporated in the US , they have a very strict verification , only take people in from specific countries. additionally later on they constantly ask for additional documents and have significant limits where you can withdraw to. so in general they are of limited use in the first world and of no use at all for people from the third world
