Default Advice on getting sued

I recieved an email from a vero compnay saying i have been selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ product on ebay & amazon.
Note:

1) Email address was on a slip which was included in the packages.
2) ebay and amazon are both stealth
3) ship from address was my real address (cus i thought it will cause problems with usps)
4) I had 1 person on amazon ask for refund & said he was told by the compnay my items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗. His phone number matches the phone number on ebay vero notice (ie teh amazon buyer was the company)
5) I sold 6 on amazon, about 20 on ebay, 6 on other site. total money recieved $1200 (retail value of teh items 1600)

The letter/email basically said stop selling, get ride of inventory, tell us your source, need info of all the customers you sold to other wise we will sue

I called the phone number. Lady said email her list of people i sold to so she can tell them its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and not to use it. I told her i only sold 6.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

I told her i have none left so i cant sell anymore.
Shall i give them the list if my customers? I was only going to give them the 6 on amazon. My understanding is it is only small claim court f the dollar value is below $5,000.

1. Stop selling whatever the item is
2. Does not look like your being sued, looks like they are telling you to stop
3. Are your items real or f@kes?
4. If your items are f@ke then there is nothing anyone can do but a Lawyer
5. If your items are legit then provide them to the VERO
6. We can't give actual advice since were not Lawyers, Contact an IP lawyer and let them know what happened. Most will give u a free consultation over phone or person.

im going with MM

1. Stop selling whatever you are selling.
2. Stop doing whatever you are doing for good. selling f@ke items is not a business model, unless your model ends with you in handcuffs.

What category did the items fall under?

And the VERO company was able to find you both on eBay AND Amazon?

health & beauty.

They purchased my item from amazon. (as the phone number on amazon account matches the vero notice on ebay). Then they said they they contacted the company and company said this is f@ke and requested refund

I has 1 customer ask for refund on ebay. They are from the same state as the company so i guess they bought from me on ebay too.

The lady request the list of all the cutomers (name address, email) i have sold this item to and that i refund them. she said they had many complains about the product from me (thats lie only 2 people asked for refund and im sure both was from the company)

The question is shall i provide them with list? I have refunded 2 so it will cost me $800 to refund the rest.

I think i will just tell her i cant provide the list but i will refund all customers.

Wow I have seen alot of post about businesses trying to sue sellers on Ebay. Is this what it comes down to? SMH I remember a long time ago that I had some used dvd's that I got from a storage auction unit and sold it online and vero took it down saying I dont have permission to sale those dvd's even if they are used. I provided them with a receipt of the storage unit from where I got it and they still denied it saying I have to get permission from that movie company to sale it. Like I can easily get a hold of a million dollar company by phone and ask them permission to sale

No one here can provide legal advice for you or to you.

If you got the email, STOP selling the items.

Health and Beauty products? Seriously?

You want to jeopardize people's well being?
Selling **** is one thing that we don't support here.
But endangering people's health is absolutely unacceptable.

Don't even think of opening another thread of similar topic in here.
First and final warning.
