vero items

hi..can anyone answer this for me,
4 years ago i got kicked off for selling vero i lerned my lesson now steath and a good boy.
but i am selling genuine items all ok but i see others selling the same items but copys and a lot cheaper and i see them getting all there listings removed within 1 or 2 days,
then relisting a few days later i have seen 1 guy have 20 listings removed in 1 go then a few days later relist the same thing with the same listing and it gets taken down and a week later there up again.
my question is when i got kicked years ago i lost my account after 3 vero listings removed but this guy has loads removed and is still relisting them.
so is ebay getting soft or more lenient with vero items..

Or that seller is a kamikaze seller.

Lists, gets taken down, reslists. Goes on until he gets zapped for ever.

This one seller you described, are you watching him for a long period or not?

His account might get 3 or 4 strikes before permanent suspension. If you were watching him for months, that's different .

so see how long he last..
just wondering if ebay has changed...

Soft and ebay went different ways a long time ago.
