Default Question regarding VeRo

Right, my understanding is only certain brands come under VeRo not all right?

I saw a list on the eBay site with a long list of VeRo brands, however was informed that this list wasn't complete etc.

What i want to know is is selling genuine(not counterfeit) goods such as Panasonics/Apple still counted as VeRo? Apologies if this sounds silly. Thanks.

The oh no word.....

Apple

They have a staff watching every item sold with their name on it and if they dont want you selling it then you will find out quickly.

Some are able to list Apple items but many get nailed for it.

Selling anything with a brand name is a high risk.

Account has to be strong.

Lists will always be incomplete to allow the IP holders to have the upper hand in the power game of vErO

Does that go for brand new and used items?

Yes, refer to GBs post above.

Used items will be fine as long as you are smart about listing them.

So is it enough to put used as the condition type? Been selling iphone accessories like hot cakes, almost at the top of best match so about to put price up to actually make a profit. Don't want to get vero'd, but changing condition type resets best match.

I don't imply that these are made by apple, I'm sure anyone with half a brain knows they are 3rd party accessories when they pay a tenth of the price on ebay.
