Is my item VERO or not?

Hello all, newbie here!

this is a great forum!!

Got a question, i believe i have found a hot item with nice profit range and seems to be selling really well on ebay. I would like to know how to determine if my item could be VERO'd. From my due diligence, it seems that this item is made by several different companies and goes by several different names. Could you guys help me out with any tricks to figure this out??

If there is a trademark on any of the items made by the different companies, there is a chance of the item being unsuitable for you to sell.

Consider contact with all of the companies to determine this.

Did you consult the VeRo company list on eB? While not exclusive, it should give you an idea or direct you.

Do you have the written permission to sell that item?

If the rights owner dont want you selling that item then yes, it could be vero.

Just because it has different names etc does not mean it dont have a rights owner somewhere in the mix.
