Default How to get rid of attached seller?

Hey everyone,

I have an attached seller on a listing, how do I get rid of this person?

They're product is likely legitimate, but are there any tricks of the trade that can be used here to get rid of them?

I did a lot of work on the photos in the listings and don't trust what the other seller may do.

Seems like the photos OP uploaded for the product are being used by other sellers as "stock" on Amazon

They are attaching to my listing, and so by proxy using my photos.

Is it a generic item your selling or one that is unique to only you?

Its a name brand that I am a distributor of.

Where they hosed me is that they FBA'd the product, and even though I am cheaper, I am getting 2nd fiddle now on the item's page.

I suppose I can FBA myself and price war, but I was hoping for a more aggressive, less financially punitive solution.

I mean these chinese screw us over all the time, why can't I? I just want the guy to create his own listing.

I am a distributer of a couple of brands, but so are other people now.....I had the market all to myself for 2 years and was making lots of sales a day. But you cannot stop them, I do not get in to price war, I sell at a margin I am happy with and not less.....some people buy from me due to my great feedback, but my sales went down when others came in....I had to accept it......

This is what I want to avoid. I need to FBA the product to start and at least get that base covered. I will try chipping the price .01 below and see if they don't follow.

FBA is a good idea but price war is not.

I have no choice, its one of my better selling products.

In addition, I can change the picture and abandon the listing, start another listing. But I leave this ****head to benefit from all my reviews.

Going FBA seems like the best route to take

It is just all part of how Amazons works as much as it may suck at times.
