I posted a few days ago that I got supended for not putting information regarding my business in amazon.de.
I called amazon up and they had no information at all as to what is missing.
They emailed the performance team who took another day to email back saying it was a email address and phone number!
Which is supid because if you click the learn more tag it says do not put your email address or links in the info and policy section! How confusing!!!!
After doing this they then told me to email them directly to get put back on.
Another day past and nothing.
Called amazon again and they said it is taken a long time now and emailed them for me asking them to hurry and put me back on.
I was now off amazon for 4 days!
I emailed them again hoping this would work.
I woke up this morning to another suspension!!! Saying my order defect rate is not less than 1%!
It currently says short term 1.09% long term 1.19%
I do not know which one they go by, but my account is still on "Good"
I have sent over my plan of action.
But over the last few weeks i have had so many customers saying their items have not been received, all of which are the same product! I sell cosmetics and the people at the post office got very friendly with me going each day and asking "what do you sell ect"
Also what products to see if i can get them some!!
I suspect they was stealing some of my stock for themselves after a number of customer complants I changed post offices and now do not have this problem.
But of course this has a massive knock on effect on my seller account.
Has anyone got back on after the rate being not less than 1%?
Feel like I have worked like clockwork and to amazons books and got this all thrown back in my face.
Also I would not have been suspended in the first place if the women from amazon checked the info correctly when I got the first warning.
She just told me it was fine but it wasnt!! which led to the suspension.
