HI ! i just recieved this email today, i just wonder what i am doing wrong ?
This is mean, i should be waiting for tracking number update before i am confirm shipment to amazon ?
"Hello,
We understand that you may have confirmed shipment of an order before you actually sent it. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to confirm shipment before they have sent at least part of the order to the buyer.
If this problem continues, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
To learn more about this policy, search for "Charge When Ship" in Seller Central Help.
Yes, you should, the tracking number will help Amazon to know that you actually shipped the item, which mean you are not trying to rip them off. In addition you will not need to worry about the Valid tracking rate if you upload the tracking number on time.
I have got this email 3 times on an account and the first 2 times I appealed and they reinstated overnight. The 3rd time took nearly a month and I had to contact Bezos
The wording makes no sense if you are buying a shipping label on Amazon it has to be confirmed before you ship it
Typically this happens when you print a label and ship a day or two later. A buyer goes to track the item that amazon told them shipped and it does not work, so they contact amazon.
I got this email once but they did not suspend me or anything...it was just a warning...i was doing this often ship and confirm later...it was ok for a while until this warning arrived...not doing this anymore...not taking any chances
