another ebay payments

Hi, I have one question?
One of my ebay account is still alive, but the paypal account is dead, do you think I can open a skrill or propay to accept payment in this ebay account?

Could you get the PayPal account up and running again or was it suspended or limited?

Yes - Skrill, Propay and Paymate are options that work.

Only problem is some buyers will not have those options...since they are in love with PP (just saying)
