Ebay dont hold funds buddy as long as you've paid you seller fees you wont get a hold on funds
Be careful with your paypal though because if they put a hold on that then its a bummer

Just to clarify. eBay will NEVER hold your funds. PayPal will. Typically, when eBay suspends your account, PayPal does too. But that does not always happen. If your eBay account gets suspended, I would suggest withdrawing what you can from PayPal as soon as you can. If you have $5,000 in PayPal, DO NOT try to take it out all at once! THAT will trigger a suspension, or at least an investigation. But if you have $500, you might do $250 a day for 2 days.

To begin with, you should not leave a lot of money in your PayPal account - only enough to cover your fees and potential refunds. Of course, if you are planning on buying something, it is OK to have enough in there to make your purchase. In short, never leave more in your PayPal account than you can afford to have held for 180 days, because they RARELY release money early. It DOES happen, but not very often. Believe me, they have heard every threat in the book and will not care that you tell them you are going to sue.
