I have been scouring the web trying to find a program or something that I can set up to automatically send a specific email (per auction) to the buyer. Any ideas?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
MM78 is correct. If you want a specific email going to specific auctions you need to uses a listing service like Auctiva, Seller Manager Pro, plenty out there if you try google.
Otherwise a blanket custom email : myeBay / account / manage communication with buyers / buyer wins auction / add a message

I have tried google, im not stupid. Thats why im posting here, google didnt give the information i am looking for....and it seems neither is here.
a 'blanket custom email' will NOT do what I am looking for. DIFFERENT message per listing
and Im not paying to sign up for a service that wont even say what it does. all the research I have done is vague at best.
Any actual first hand knowledge out there? or anyone know of a better forum to find information?
I apologize if I'm coming across...as whatever. I'm extremely frustrated from searching and searching, finally finding a forum to ask for first had experience and no one wants to help farther than "try it" if I was able to I would have however there are time consuming reasons why I don't and so am ASKING here.
So if there is no one that is able to give me the information or direct me to more detailed information then where is there another ebay forum I can inquire on?
You asked your question and got several answers...We can't do anything because you don't like the answers. If you have searched the web for your type of email and have not found one...what does that say? . Trust me, If what you were looking for existed you would have already found it, so with that in mind don't get all pissed off at us.
I have not tried it because I do not have a computer to download it on to try it. I don't want to go out and buy a computer just to try it because if its not what I'm looking for then in stuck with a computer.
So from what I gather, it does what I'm looking for? I can set it up so that email A is sent when buyer pays for item A. B for B, etc. No crossing and all automatic?
You don't even start.. how do you know what you're really need.. anyone in here found and use tools based on their need not want.. if can't find what you want then build one... but first u still have to buy a computer to start building from scracth..
So I wasted the money since everyone here was saying Auctiva and Selling ManagerPro offer the tools I required.
For those out there like me looking for a program to send different email messages to winners of different auctions THESE PROGRAMS DO NOT OFFER THAT TOOL.
If anyone has any constructive help that would be great.

Asking it normally didn't work. What do you suggest?
You know what I love: People who act like they are doing you a favor by seeking your advice without any compensation. You are doing them a favor for no other reason then just to kindly help them and they act like they are entitled to your help and you are in the wrong if your free advice is not to their liking.
This guy/girl is particularly special because he was given the very best advice available but since there is nothing out there that will allow him/her to have his cake and eat it too, it is somehow the fault of the forum members.

Softwares nor services are free, some services require monthly subscriptions, or one time purchase, only you decide the best for your business.
