| sparksmoney31 | 04-16-2007 11:10 AM | iOffer - What do you all think of Ioffer? -AND you can transfer your + EBAY feedback! I am thinking about joining up with ioffer, but I need to know your alls opinions? Tell me what you think. Thanks again. |
maris23 | 04-16-2007 11:46 AM | There is no traffic on ioffer. I checked some very popular items that had been listed for weeks if not months and I was either the first or second person to view the page! ubid, ibid, amazon, overstock, stormpay.. even yahoo auctions have 10 times the traffic, but still no where close to that of FeeBay. |

I have about 70 items listed on ioffer and I get about 2 sales per day on Ioffer.
Ioffer is excellent! |
ihatebay | 04-16-2007 09:51 PM | I don't like it at all. Everything there is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, I mean I guess it's fine I don't care if there are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ things since ⊗⊗⊗⊗ things are on Ebay too but Ioffer doesn't even patrol or do anything about it, so it seems like everything there is iffy. I was looking at medication on there and it's just iffy. |
BackToEbay | 04-26-2007 04:00 PM | I tried to list sth on ioffer, but the upload images can't display well. it also takes me long time to open the website Quote:

CPUGEEK | 04-26-2007 05:00 PM | I offer is very good... At least i think so. You have to have alot of listings too get sales.. |
imjustme | 10-04-2007 12:04 PM | Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread, but I'm thinking of listing on iOffer too ...have they gotten any better since? |
octagon69 | 10-04-2007 12:15 PM | Do not use Ioffer you guys. I get barely any traffic for the same items. I use ecrater.com instead. ECRATER is Free unlike Ioffer. On Ioffer I had people back out on deals and Ioffer would charge me. Ecrater also links up directly with Google checkout and paypal. ecrater is also a store front where there is no haggling. Both Ioffer and ecrater will list stuff onto google products. Ecrater has a better community and I had way more traffic there.
Also on ecrater they give you a subnet? for your own website.
So it would be something like Modee.ecrater.com and they have a store already set up for you where you just fill in the info.
ALSO you guys, on ecrater when you put in the meta info and what not you will get listed on google.com regular search, not just product search.
Ecrater charges nothing to list or FVF. They have surpassed 100,000 concurrent items also. You can use Ebay to funnel repeat sales to Ecrater. Thats what I do. |
JackNoMore | 10-04-2007 01:08 PM | Ioffer is alright, but like already said, they're very slow at producing sales.
Otagon69, how do you funnel repeat sales?
One of the problems I've had with Ioffer has been the slow listing to google. And yes, it does appear on regular search--eventually, but I've never gotten it to list both on regular AND product at the same time. I have the same problem with Google Base. It's a glitch they SAY they're working on. Octagon--what types of items sell well at ecrater? |
octagon69 | 10-04-2007 03:19 PM | All sorts of items sell on Ecrater. Mostly what you should try to sell is stuff that ebay doesn't normally sell. If your trying to sell Ipods and Wiis or some mainstream item its not going to really fly unless you sell cheaper then the competition on ebay. You can easily offer your item cheaper though because you don't have listing or closing fees or fees if you use G.Checkout.
By funnelling sales, basically you let your ebay customers know that if they want more of the same or other stuff to visit you on Ecrater where you can offer a better price.
Google Products only takes like 1-2 days to get my item or revision on there.
Also you could easily spend the money you would use paying ebay/paypall on Adwords.
Those of you who are tired of getting suspended and removed from Ebay and want to really destroy them have to attempt to break free from Ebay and make them suffer. I think what Ecrater is trying to do is position themselves as something that Google would like to buy, considering Ecrater is one of googlecheckouts trusted and integrated sites. |
imjustme | 10-04-2007 03:22 PM | But can you accept PayPal through eCrater too? I don't live in the US or UK, so Google Checkout, sadly, is out of my reach. |
newebayerwannabe | 10-04-2007 07:26 PM | Nah, ioffer is the place people go to get their ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item then sell it on EB.
stay clear!!!!!!!! |
Ballsack | 10-04-2007 10:42 PM | Tons of sellers. Very few buyers. |
JackNoMore | 10-04-2007 10:59 PM | Well they're not all ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I sell there and it's all genuine stuff. But I do agree there's a lot of ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I don't mind personally. I've found some really good deals on dvd's there. Of course, you just need to know it's bootleg and there's no problem. Half the stuff isn't even available on DVD yet anyway and that's the only way to get it. Ebay won't allow it, but ioffer does. And that's ok with me. :-) |
Chris Hanson | 10-05-2007 12:09 AM | Modee what kind of item was it? Since its not something you sell do you mind telling? |
ihatebay | 10-14-2007 09:47 PM | Ioffer sells pot, and speed. im not kidding. and i would know. |
Chris Hanson | 02-14-2008 12:42 PM | Ioffer has Vero now too... |
aspkin | 02-14-2008 12:53 PM | How is ioffer sales compared to eBay? |
mommyof4justtryingtomake$ | 02-14-2008 01:11 PM | Throwing in the towel and heading to iOffer.com I am tired of being abused and raped by eBay. I am officially giving up on them (as a seller) for now and moving on over to Ioffer.com
Anyone found anything better than Ioffer? I really like there layout.....it's easy on the eyes and brain. |
k1ley4evr | 02-14-2008 01:16 PM | the ioffer vero doesnt seem to be as stricted tho. Sales are a hit or miss. Wholesalers mainly do better. |
