How to withdraw money from limited paypal.

Hello, Everyone. I hope you guys are doing well. My Paypal account got limited and there is money in it. I understand I can't withdraw my funds from a limited account but can someone please explain the 180 days phenomena. What happens after 180 days.

I can not provide any documents that are required by PayPal because my account was a US PayPal but I do not live in the US.

You would need a US bank account in order to withdraw funds.

do i need to submit any document for the 180 days wait or the paypal will automatically release funds after 180 days of limitation.

I also need to know that either it is possible to withdraw funds to payoneer?

Yes u need to submit the documents before they will allow you for withdrawl
Payoneer bank account not working in paypal any more

Yes unfortunately paypal doesn't allow payoneer's US bank to be added, I've tried many times and it failed.

But sometimes paypal can ask secure questions about credit history or background report when you call.
