limited PayPal quick question

Quick question everyone. Before having a full understanding of linking I created a PayPal in my gf name and details. I only received 5/500 limit so we created multiple accounts on one PayPal. Long story short ebay was restricted on all 3 accounts. She called in to ebay and first rep said that her account was linked to mine and she was being suspended. I had her call back in got another rep who reinstated her account. The issue is they only reinstated the one account and left the other two restricted. The 48 hours expired today and now we have received an email from PayPal that it is limited until we provide a laundry list of items (Id, invoices, shipping proof) when I click on the proof of shipping the box is blank so I click continue and it now says complete.
What items should I provide invoices for?
Her drivers license is at our old address but utility bills are available at current address, will this be sufficient?

In the paypal limitation email that is sent to your email address it normally will tell you what items to send invoice for and what items they want invoices for.

I went into the resolution center and followed their link to try and get specifics on which transactions they need an invoice for and I only received an automated response back. Doors anyone have an email address that will go to someone that will answer?

What you need to do is go to the resolution centre via Paypal and there is an option there where you can send them a message through message centre. Click on create new message.

However when you go to the resolution centre theree should be open cases and when you click to resolve they should let you upload the invoice.

I don't know what they are requesting an invoice for there are no transactions listed under the tracking information or the invoice information.

really? I would send everything in to them, given it is a legit acc details, I might not fight for a stealth as much but definately your GF details.

Yeah I can verify information. You think it's worth sending an invoice and see if they request more info?

yes, why not, you should send what they want.

the invoices request is often generic so if it is stuff like used or personal stuff, you can explain you do not have a receipt or just provide something. If you sold in quantity, then yes you need a good invoice or receipt.

OP can try but given so many experiences of other people with the "laundry list" request...there is always a high chance of account remaining limited AND PP would have info on file...

in terms of names and addresses they have those anyway...so you could not re-use them again in the same combination.....and yes, rsot, I agree, nobody wants to hand over id, especially for no gain....

The identity verification was only the phone pin and it shows completed.
