If I close my current paypal account, then create a new one later, will paypal's automated security system still see red flags or "issues" from my closed account? How sophisticated is paypal's automated security system? Do they have time logs for when a paypal cash card was bought?

It's pretty advanced IMO I don't know am I missing something? That's the point of buying the books and getting on this site. Its not easy getting around them. I guess it's more Ebay than PP that is a problem but if you have issues with one account you need the stealth stuff to open another...

The crazy thing is That What I noticed with paypal is that the "security system" doesnt automatically do anything,I'ma give you an example,when my account was limited,They limited my account after I called them just so they could issue me a refund regarding a shipping label and three hours after I made that call,they limited my account lol so that speaks volumes alone,paypal employees tend to lie alot btw! I know this from experience!
