I had about 7 transactions total. Buyers already left positive feedbacks so no cases/refund. Just had a look at the restrictions again..i can STILL receive money..wth? Were you serious with that...

should i call back and turn down those required documents and just wait 180 days? or is there an automatic 180 days wait whenever an account is limited?

ooh I will give that a try. I had that on my phone but I couldn't receive any text from ebay..so i wasn't sure if it was working or not. thanks guys for all the advices.

I did get a new number and it was verified through the home page with text verification as well... but on the WITHDRAWAL page, it requires a second verification, the new number is also listed but it...
