It is either the Paypal format or the way it is interacting with Paypal or the way you have the drivers set up.
Yeah i know its not the printer but there is no way to set up drivers any differently. Maybe ive installed too many at once and its causing a problem but i dont think that is it. I think my last option to trying to make this printer work is wiping my system and re installing everything.

I was having some ot the same issues.

BUT: after about an hour of experimenting and changing some settings, I got everything absolutely Perfect.

If you haven't given up all hope, I could post the settings I used.

It works with windows 7. Even though many people have problems the new drivers fix the issues.

Please do! Ive tried about everything to fix the long tracks of missing print but it just wouldnt work. At first i thought it was Java, but i reinstalled it plenty of times and it still didnt work. I called zebra to asked them if the printer works with usps/pp labels and they said yeah go download the special driver for it. I did but it still printed with long tracks of missing print. So my only guess as of right now is something it wrong with the options or maybe my comp.

Ok no problem. I would greatly appreciate if you could take screen shots of all the settings you have set up for the printer. Also if you could tell me what driver worked for you. If it works for me i will drive to where ever you are and give you biggest hug!

This should be the driver you are using, it appears to be an updated version from the one I am using.

Download File: End User License Agreement

The version above is v2.6.59.04 and the one I am using is v2.6.42

I'll post the settings later.

Not sure why anyone would want to incur another $20 a month in fees ???

It really doesn't get any easier and cheaper than PayPal shipping. I also use FedEx ShipRush for the larger packages since they are significantly cheaper than UPS.

Did you verify your Java after you installed it?

It has to be verified after the installation.

Java Downloads for All Operating Systems

Have you actually tried to print a PayPal label with your Zebra Printer?

Did the Java picture of your label show correctly on your screen before you printed?

There is also a set of drivers for Windows that are for the 64 bit platform.
I can not remember where I got them but it is a version 7.1.9 that I use.

Still loving the Zebra I bought.

Given the ZERO cost for toner, and the much cheaper labels, it has already paid for itself.

Me TOO!

I just changed the label roll last night, it literally took 5 seconds from start to finish.

I think that is a much overlooked feature.
