Default A handful of my paypals went down yesterday. Anyone else?

Hi.

Actually two handfuls of my pp accounts all got limited yesterday.

No explanation from pp.

One of my customers had same problem on the same day.

Anyone else had this problem?

I am sad because a few of my main ones are gone and I am scared to check my other 2 main ones as I fear they are gone too.

Oh well, you win some, you loose some, gutted :(

Mine are US, but I have had no issues.

Are your PP's missing anything, like the same piece of info missing from each one? Any similarities?

I checked and nothing is similar or linking.

My customer here has nothing to do with me and is new to me. They sent me a message this morning saying their pp is screwed and if I could wait a few days.

Its only £2 item but their UK pp got problems too.

Its only my pp that is down, not eb.

Also, some accounts I log into, a message pops up saying limitation etc. but I have not received the pp email saying this.

Its done my nut in, but I am sure its something I done as I been lazy lately, so don't panic everyone.

All my active accounts are fine. It sounds like they were linked somehow, and you might not be telling us the full story in terms of the details. For instance, have you ever sent payments between any of your accounts? What VCC did you use? You need to provide a lot more information about your account and activities related to it.

Give more info on what it says in the limitation if possible. Make sure to blank out any sensitive information

Lot of details missing - for example, are all the PP's involved in selling of SAME/SIMILAR listings? Have they all been used for one eb account? IS it possible same IP being use? Examples of questions

It looks like it maybe due to similar listings.

Similar listings would have triggered eBay before Paypal.

why would ours have gone down, just because yours did, never had a handful go down since I joined forum.. in 2008

usually it is a cookie link thing, then less likely an ip thing...or you have come to someones attention and they have gone hunting for more complex links....

If its not due to similar listings, its because I sent money between my pp's.

Oh well, all my 25 main ones gone, all have bank accounts attached to them.

I have to start all over again.

They did all last for about 4 years so I have a good innings.

Its still heart-breaking, all my babies are gone :(

Sloppy. Not being funny but you should of probably known better. Clearly stated so many times on the forum, DO NOT send money between PPs. Why would you send money between them if there were banks attached to them all?

I looked into it today and it seems it was because I did send money between paypals.
I sent money to them from my other paypals that did not have bank accounts attached so I could draw out the money.

This forum has said not to do this many many times, I should have listened.

However, I shall be up and running in no time due to the help in this forum, so thanks everyone.

4 year old accounts. That is heart breaking. Don't give up. Go back to business ASAP.

Hi. I been doing this for over 5 years man, many many happy customers etc.
Many many 50 notes for me, like more than half a mill' !

So, I am not a beginner, more of an idiot.

I gave more than half of my half mill' I made to those less fortunate than myself.

I was giving and still do, hundreds to the homeless tramps sitting in the rain and all them , some next note tips to those standing on their feet serving all day.

When I used to work for a tv station editing the news I still used to give out my hard earned money to those less fortunate.

Me, no kids or wife or n e hope of that so I don't need my money, so I help out those that got nowt.

N e way, as mentioned, more of a looser than a beginner.

Peace X

oh, I gave away 3 turbo cars last year worth over £20,000 to people that had nothing (they did not come back to buy me a beer) - life hey
