uk stealth vcc for buying and selling

greetings in the uk right now what are the best vcc cards for a stealth account i want to buy on as well, im not selling a lot of items, just household bits to build it up for a year first , i see gift cards etc but i want a reloadable solution ... i see or am reading a lot about this entropay not being any good at the moment ..anyone got any good tips on what companys i can use ?

Prepaid visa/mastercards at your local market will do you well

If your getting lots of items delivered then you will need a delivery account.

Assuming you have a delivery address you should be able to use your own card so long as the delivery address is the same as the billing address

Very few prepaid cards are reloadable so if you are after a reloadable option they wont really work very well, although the post office do offer a reloadable card. I am not sure if it needs to pass the AVS checks when used though

i have a second flat , i bought a few years ago which is not linked to my older barred account , so planned to use that as my new stealth address / delivery address, bank account address ... so am i right in thinking that the info pay pal and ebay get off a credit card when im buying, say using a prepaid card, they get certain details, name address, ok i can mismatch the name easy enough , and again delivery not a prob , but do they see my date of birth ? or avs is just name and postcode no other personal details?

The card would need to be registered to a billing address.

That billing address needs to match the billing address on PayPal. Nothing else matters.

While most prepaid cards will worth without an issue so long as they are registered correctly they are not reloadable
