Dob paypal need help

I cant change DOB in paypal it doesn't let you so next question is do i confirm user id
with a false one im using in paypal or put in the real one which is different?

it was my fault i made a stealth at 1am and didnt no my mates DOB and used mine
not a good move as I should of phoned him in the morning for him

It is advised all over the forum not to use friends or family's details.
Bad things can happen

I got permission as he doesn't have a pc and owes me money
familly and friends make it easier to send ID

Maybe best to restart from scratch - new stealth account...unless you can save this one but...mate's info...not good to play with
