Not often i sell abroad but I sold something in bulk for nearly £900, and buyer has requested a regular invoice for there shop and a commercial invoice for regular shipping and custom fees. I understand a regular invoice I can just print from paypal and pop it in the parcel. But what's the commercial one for regular shipping and invoice fees? sorry if this is pretty simple but never been asked for one before. Cheers

Re: Sold abroad buyer requesting 2 types of invoice
Commercial one usually involves you registered as a business...is it just a personal sale of yours? That's an important question - buyer might be looking to claim for his business

GB is correct here.
You need to include, sale details (price, shipping etc). You will also need to clearly state you are NON VAT registered, if you are not, if you are, you will need to state VAT amount and your VAT reg number.
