Paypal stealth address

I need a new stealth paypal and need to know what is acceptable these days for the address. Does the house number on the pp need to match bank account?

Address has never needed to match the bank account address.

It does need to be a real address though

The name and address on the paypal account doesn't need to match the name on the bank account
