I bought the book after being a member here after 5 months. I cost myself time lots of frustration, accounts set up wrong, and more importantly money.
My opinion is the price is too low  (says the future buyers) if it was me selling it...without a doubt it would be more.
anyway, I have ....teen accounts going now and have had no problems.
and I owe a big thanks to the members on the site that have helped me along as well. You know who you are!!! 
basically buy it and have piece of mind...its worth the $37.
