So now they want me to call their customer service department to verify a few things. Could someone tell me what sort of questions they might ask me? Are they going to asking me for my name birth and address? What else ?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
They will ask you everything on the account usually your name, username, what your selling and where you get your items. Have all your account info ready from your name to date of birth.

Are you saying they would literally require me to tell them my supplier info? Including their website and a phone number?

Yes, they will want supplier info if there is not a website they will check on google maps or whatever resources they have if the place exist and what they sell and how long its been in business. Thats what they do when your on the phone and they tell you, please give me a few minutes while I check into this. While your on hold they are checking everything. They probably got a button that says link and it cross checks the millions of accounts to see if your linked or something. Be prepared and put yourself in place of the rep. If you were the rep and a seller gives you the supplier info documents would you accept it or would you look at it and say this guy is joking. This means make sure what you give them makes sense and is good documentation legit.

Are they actually going to call this supplier or simply check their website to see if they are legit?
Yes, they call while your on hold or if you send in docs by fax or email they will call at sometime before they re-instate you so be ready to answer and make sure your the rep at the company.
