 Two accounts. One suspended the other still selling. What do I do?
I have two selling ids with stores. Yesterday afternoon, one of them got suspended ( here’s my story: #331). Before I knew better, I logged in to my unsuspended account once for about 5 minutes. Now that unsuspended account is still open and I see that my items are selling from there (knew it from email). Obviously, I don’t want to log in again, but I also know that my international buyers are waiting for me to send invoices.
How do I do this?
FYI, I’m not that much computer savvy. I have two laptops both using a wireless router at home. Would it be ok to use the secondary laptop to take care of the business and put my store on vacation mode. The second laptop I use it for shipping labels, so it also have been used daily for both eBay accounts (suspended and unsuspended one).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
