How to Handle Paypal Dispute for Virtual Items

Hello. Im just new here and I wanted to know how to handle disputes. Im selling Virtual Items like Dota 2, Diablo III, and other load items. Yesterday a buyer bought 50$ worth of items and it was delivered to their in-game account. After I think an hour or two, the buyer files a dispute. How can I win this and what will I need to do when this happens again. Thanks for the answer.

paypal cover neither the buyer or seller on virtual items.

eBay and other market platforms do not like virtual products full stop. You may wish to reconsider your business plan.

Best way to deal with this is to just issue a refund.
