You can register offshore but can be fairly tricky if you are not familiar with the system. There was a couple of posts on a previous thread recently on this, think outside the box as to having a director named for you in that country......
You wouldn't be able to sell 2-3k small items from the start due to selling limits. Most I have ever got from day one was 100 items / £11k but it's not everyday that happens...
