Definitely not linked. Brand new Ipad with its own hotspot, Clean IP and good info. Nothing possible to link to any accounts I have. | That is strange as usually you have to enter the tax info to sell. I would send an e mail to seller performance from you new account's e mail address asking why you cannot log in. I could have been a blip in sign up.
