Activity: 0% Longevity: 48% | | PP Verification via Text messages and Calls
Recently I've bought a stealth PP account and I've linked it to my stealth eBay and I've sold some service on eBay.
Within few days eBay have lifted my selling limits considering my sales.
However the payments which I received still pending on my account.
Today I've sent an invoice for a customer and he had paid for it. Then I try to transfer the amount to another PP account then my PP ask me to verify my account and I have choose text messages, my stealth PP account verified using a google voice and I had verified it 3 times.
But still I could not transfer the amount to another PP account and now its asking for a call verification.
I have enable google hangup to receive the calls but PP says the mobile number which im using is not created for the PP account holders name.
What should I do now and how can I fix this issue ?

Your account is in the "trial" period for Paypal. Even if you text verify, Paypal won't let you move the money that fast. It's a delaying tactic by Paypal. They don't say it but they don't trust you just yet. Best you can do is wait.

After 21 days when the PayPal release the pending funds will I be able to transfer funds to another PP account without this Call verification ? and pay for my supplier ?
Thank you Quote:

In order to not get this message, you have to be sure that the IP for this account is not changed with new and the browser history is not deleted since the payment.

Do not force to keep text verifying your account, it could lead to limitation. Have patience, paypal will eventually release your money. |

Hmmm
I found a solution.. I clicked on all three options, at first the third option.. I chose accidental responses, next i clicked option TEXT and in the end the PayPal sent me the system text and the account were verified
I had my problem from beginning my stealth account .. the seller of the account unfortunately didn't help me
The answer is simple, to click on everything and a lot of times

That's not a good solution. As stated above in many cases that can lead to a limitation.
The fact you got lucky once does not make it a good solution.

I have not change my IP also i have disable all flash objects too.
I was using an internet dongle to connect to the internet.
But recently I have change my internet connection to a home broadband.
Will that trigger PayPal any suspicious activity on my account ? But im using a Dedicated IP to login to my account. Quote:

Recently I log in to my steal PP using a different internet connection.
I was using an internet dongle but recently change it for a Home broadband connection. But the Dedicated IP, New user login from my PC, Disconnecting of Flash objects those are never changed.
Will this internet connection change trigger PP any suspicious activity on my account ? Is that reason they have ask to verify the account via a Text message and Call ? Quote:

2 options: Wait some time or you could try transferring the funds using their mobile app. Worked for me most of the time in bypassing that annoying security check.

Now, when you say transfer funds are you referring to transferring funds to a real bank account?
Or just sending the funds to another paypal account?
The reason I am asking is because I am having the same exact issue on 2 of my Paypal accounts right now.
It gives me the same security check prompter and then says that
I can either receive an automated call or a text message. Then when I try to do either it will not let me do anything :(
The one account I actully do have a working Trac-Phone that I initially hooked up and is active but the PP Account is only 3 weeks old so that might be part of my issue... not sure.
and the other PP Account I have does not have a working/active phone attached so I wasn't sure if I needed to waste $35 to go get a phone to hook up because it doesn't even work for my other PP. And my second PP account that I just mentioned is over 6 months old. But in the past 30 days I did have over $1,000 in sales get put into it with still 700 pending yet.
Any thoughts would help me also :-) Quote:

Hi there vp.racer,
Now lets say that I wanted to try this Mobile App thing on my s-5
What would I all have to do or what are the recommended steps?
Just clear my history and delete the cookies on my Galaxy phone before I go ahead and instill the Mobile App?
Also, does anybody have a link or the exact name of the App to install so that I make sure I am on the same page and instill the correct one on my device?
I just want to make sure that I am doing the right one here. I am always extremely cautious and do not want to have any other problems or create a limitation/suspension.
Thanks Much,
Ace :-) Quote:

The PayPal App has nothing to do with the browser on your cell phone. It gains access to several things on your phone, including determining your location via GPS, the device ID, Wi-Fi, information and more. If your thought is to use the PayPal App directly on your smartphone, you must not have already used it for another account on that same phone. Your location can be seen by PayPal - your actual location. It also records your device ID. They even reserve the right to access your CAMERA! It gets an AWFUL LOT of information about you. So, you should never use any phone for more than ONE PayPal account, even if you have completely deleted an old one.
Here is a list, from the Google Play Store, of exactly what the app gains access to: - Profile Data - Uses profile data from your phone
- Contacts - Uses contact information
- Location - Uses the device's location
- SMS - Uses one or more of: SMS, MMS. Charges may apply.
- Photos/Media/Files - Uses one or more of: files on the device such as images, videos, or audio, the device's external storage
- Camera - Uses the device's camera(s)
- Wi-Fi connection information - Allows the app to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and names of connected Wi-Fi devices
- Device ID & call information - Allows the app to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call
- Other - receive data from Internet, full license to interact across users
If you want to use the PayPal App, I would do it using an Android Emulator and I would put it on the same PC User Account that you use to access you stealth account.

Search xda forums for xprivacy. It is restricting by your choice what information apps can gain. Also it can change your device id, imei and etc with random ones, so you will be able to use several accounts with the app in the future. Your device should be rooted. Tested several times. Working fine.

No wonder why companies give out their apps for free for what they are asking in return is more beneficial to them without your knowledge. Quote:

If anyone has any luck using the Paypal app to bypass security measures, please let me know exactly what you did. The App trick DID NOT work for me. From what I've read on other Paypal forums, that app hasn't helped this situation since 2013.
