I've opened U.S. bank accounts using an LLC with DBA and only providing EIN to the bank. Since US Treasury has your SS# attached to the EIN, nobody else legally needs your personal SS#. Some places don't know this, some pretend to not know this. But if you do a little homework and print the Treasury webpage and write the link on the page, take it with you when you go to the bank, you can stuff it down their throats (if you have to).
Just a quick primer - incorporation (as a verb) is the process by which you take a virtual entity and have it granted all the benefits of a real body. Derives from latin. in=to make or create, corpus=body
So, if the entity you created is the registered owner of the bank account, it isn't YOURS. It is the corporation's. Thus, your SS# is moot.
