PayPal - Netherlands closed my account with €1.3K
Guys, I am in need of your expertise.
Have an account where I received some payments on, they asked me for Verification. I uploaded the documents and all was well
Two months after that I started to sell some products on eBay and all of a sudden they limited my account once again asking for the same info. I called and they said they just needed invoices and tracking -> I told them I only had tracking since I buy the items second-hand from websites like GumTree, Craigslist, have spoken to around 10 different people from PayPal in the last week and a half and they all said that it was going to be solved.
All of a sudden I received this e-mail yesterday:
For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.
We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your business.
If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.
I send out every product nicely and messaged the tracking to the buyer and include it to paypal and ebay.
WHAT DO I DO?
