PayPal holding payments after my 90 day probation period?
I've been selling and shipping everything immediately with tracking yet the powers/idiots that be, keep holding my incoming payments (both eBay and direct payments from buyers). Of course after calling them and being hold for 30 minutes and finally getting to a human on the other end, the lady just reads whatever generic rules about payment-holdings and avoiding my real question. I'm past my 90 day probation period and am actually set up to be a top-rated seller on Jan 20 I see in my eBay seller dashboard. Does anyone have any idea what may be behind this? Let me know what you think and/or been through yourselves, thanks!
