Re: Merchant account
Hi, I have in the past three weeks tried to set up two different account for merchant payments, the first one I faxed and within 24 hours I got an e-mail saying it was accepted and works fine. The second I faxed and got an e-mail saying I needed to send in a statement ( bill ) or if I did not have one I needed to contact the merchant and get their phone number, extension and information so they could call them direct and set it up that way after verifying the account. Neither time did I get a phone call from them but what I sent in the fax was the merchant information I got in the mail after signing up. Both times they were the same except of course the name and information so I do not know why one was approved and not the other. Seems they were both only through E-mail though and no phone call.
