Is that what you're talking about? | I guess what I'm asking is will my personal name ever be divulged to the customer? If someone calls up PayPal asking for personal information, will PayPal publicly give that to them?
When I log into my account and edit my business information, PayPal wants my business name, customer service phone number etc., because it'll all "be made public to the customer" when they order (makes sense), and one of the things is a Contact Name, which is currently set to my own name. PayPal says it's part of the information made available to the customers, but it doesn't show up on the transactions...so what the heck is it for then?
