1. Policy violations (after your 5th-6th violation)
2. Item policy violation (non handmade, non unique, etc)
3. Inconsistent seller account information (using different addresses for shipping, living, billing, etc). Even in this case I have successfully re-opened my accounts, but only in 1/10 ratio. | you can sell vintage/antique items on Etsy,besides handmade items,as long as they are not made yesterday.
But you see many Etsy sellers selling Chinese items which are made yesterday or not yet made !
