They have the holds removed whereas the purely aged accounts will have the usual holds at first although they tend to drop off pretty fast

Do not buy from James, I have paid for an account and after communicating with me thoroughly upto the point of purchasing the account, he has since gone missing. Therefore, from my experience, do not purchase anything from him. Will update testimonial accordingly if James delivers. As for now, rubbish experience from a terrible seller.

Unfortunately have not received the account still. Don't know what type of email has been sent as I can't see it in my inbox. This issue hasn't been unfortunately resolved yet.

I had bought a verified seller account from James. It has been more than a month since I made the first payment and have since then paid for it in full, but each time, I'm just getting excuses saying it will take a day more, it will take a day more etc. He had promised to deliver it at all costs today but again no delivery today. I've been calling him but no response. I'm not sure if this is a legit seller or a scam.

No it hasn't been a month since you paid. You couldn't pay all at once you paid slowly over the course of a month and sent the last payment a week ago at which point an account was delivered.

The wrong IP was then used and the account locked which wasn't your fault that was down to the IP provider. I then said I would replace the account and told you it would be today. Which it is still going to be.

20 messages in 3 hours and 7 calls wasn't needed and nor was this feedback given its the its only half way through the day and I told you it would be evening delivery.
