We have decided that you may sell on Amazon.com while we review your account. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 14 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.
When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view the details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...t-summary.html).
Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can send by the expected ship date.
To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.
We will send you an email when our review is complete.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

When I am handling an inauthentic and/or counterfeit suspension, I take one of two routes: 1. There are too many "gurus" out there speaking about matters that they know nothing about. Far too many "influencers" are going to tell you to fall on the sword, write a POA that contains the the vital elements: Identifying the Root Causes | Corrective Actions | Preventative Measures. Amazon then has the seller on record admitting to these claims. If my team is helping you out of a suspension, this is the last course we will ever take 2. Amazon is accusing you of selling inauthentic items. If you do not understand what Amazon means when they say "inauthentic", please understand that they are not referring to the item being counterfeit or not. What they are questioning is the chain of custody of your products that you are offering for sale on their platform. If you are "innocent" and have covered yourself in every way that a savvy seller does, you will have the invoices for the ASINs in question that account for the last 365 days of sales. There is no better response to an inauthentic claim than stating, "Actually, these products are 100% authentic and here are the invoices to prove it." Once you place yourself in this position, why would you admit to something that you didn't do? The invoices prove Amazon has made a mistake, therefore, their request for a plan of action is irrelevant. |

Dare I ask where these goodies are sourced?
You need to go into this next round with all the AMA on ducks in a row.
Do not sweat on getting ‘helped’ on a forum.

With 300$ you could have forged a passport let alone invoices for Amazon. |

This was OP's REAL account. He was selling REAL items. He had receipts from legitimate retailers. Submitting some BS and crossing his fingers would have been stupid. He did the right thing, and was rewarded for it.
If you're an expert in creating invoices for Amazon, I suggest to contact Aspkin to offer your services for sale on this forum. I'm certain you will be quite successful if it's as easy for you as you claim. |

:ranger: | I am only selling retail software right now, but you never know with Amazon. They can ask for invoices even when you are selling legit stuff.:humble: |

Difficult area. Yeah, I can see why you had the problems.
Two fold problem, imo.
It is the item, right?
Yes,it is legitimate.
But no, neither the manufacturer NOR the platform where you are selling like the selling practises.
At this point, I am going to make a suggestion. Can you look at finding other items where you would have invoices? You need a proper business plan to cope with all the curve balls you get from amazon.
This is all a learning curve. Let’s try to help you .

:deadhorse: | Precisely my point.
If it were as easy as the guy claimed we'd already have sellers on the forum marketing the service.
I love when people come over from eBays forum and start spouting off stuff like eBay and Amazon are anything alike, lol. |

I love when people come over from eBays forum and start spouting off stuff like eBay and Amazon are anything alike, lol. | Still the question is, how does Amazon support do better than ebay support and achieve better success in spotting creative invoices? Do they really contact the wholesalers? Are wholesalers obligated to cooperate and give a Yes/No answer to inquiries? |

It's Seller Performance at Amazon, and they're US based Spooks. |

What should i do ignore the infraction?... also it was not counterfeit, I just could not prove otherwise because i had receipts not invoices. | First off, you are not getting back onto the platform because you came flat out and admitted that you were selling counterfeit goods. Whether it is true or not, if a seller admits to this they get rejected & "final worded"every time.
" This negligence and listing of a counterfeit product is 100% our fault and we have a plan to make sure that it will never happen again. "
In any plan of action there should always be there pillars:
1. Root Causes
2. Corrective Actions
3. Preventative Measures
This is true for all suspensions except inauthentic & counterfeit. Do not admit to something you did not do. Fire right back at them with the proper invoices/documents and demand that your ability to sell on Amazon be reinstated. |
| marksacct | 02-15-2018 01:03 AM | Re: Reinstated? I agree with ghostofamazon. I sell software, I never admit i was selling inauthentic items. I also provide them with invoice. And state something like the buyer misunderstood what he purchased. Or buyer is a d**b S**t in a nice way of course. and they open the account up.
Just keep it VERY simple. those monkeys don't want to read a book. You can also state we purchase from different resells. and we will need to check the authenticity of these resellers prior to purchasing from them and making it available on amazon market. Always blame someone works for me.
Sometimes, the item might break in transit and a complaint from the buyer can take your item down, because the buyer states it's inauthentic because it doesn't work. So yes, you can be selling legit and still get hit with a policy violation.
Finally, I wrote a long article on what to do when then tell you to take a hike.
Basically, inauthentic suspension on amazon means amazon will keep your money permanently. Only way to get your money and you have to do this real quick before they delete your sign in. refund everyone and send them a note, that you're having issue with amazon and they're keeping your money. So you refunded them and ask if they could please send payment to your paypal account. then attached an image file with your pp email address. I have done this with 3 accounts. and 80/90% of customers actually will send you the money. I do however, send them an extra $15/ $20 and state that for your time.
Had approx $$5000 frozen, and after refunds. I received about $4000 to my paypal.. it's either do this or let amazon keep your money and hope that they give it to you. but i'm 100% certain you'll not get a penny. so refund or give Jeff your money. |
