Wrong --- "Advanced Business Development Team" based out of Bangalore, India are responsible for this. This team has one of the highest spots on the totem pole. As for spoofing, any Jack, Hary or John can spoof. L2 CS associates have this ability. Step your game up boss -- You are feed the people false info.

Great to hear that you've gotten reinstated!
I've been in the same boat for the past 3 months.
Same exact reply from 'Paul' too.
Not much luck after that, we just get denial emails.

Around 24 to 48 hours if you not had response within 48 hours more likely they will it reply to you
