Re: Reinstated?
I am dealing with similar suspension at the moment, and I also have store receipts rather than invoices. I've managed to get accounts back before using receipts instead of invoices, but it seems to be hit or miss. Not sure what to do and if worth making made up invoices instead of using the real receipts that I have. They seem to be refusing my receipts so far, but not sure if they don't like them for being receipts instead of invoices, or if they are simply confused finding the items in question on these huge long receipts... so frustrating!
The latest message I got, and this is 3rd in a row pretty much, is this:
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time.
Please send the following information for the items listed at the end of this email:
--- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Item descriptions (for ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review)
-- Item quantities
-- Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered."
