Stupid me! Please help with my amazon account suspension

Someone please help with my account suspension. Really appreciate!
I had an individual account 2 years ago that sold goods occasionally. Later I stopped selling and amazon happened to ask for Tax information even I only sold about 30 items that year. By the time, because I didn't sell often so I requested account closure myself. (This is stupid, I know). The performance was 100% good.
2 weeks ago, I used the same email to re-registered a seller account. It requires pro subscription when registration and so I did. After that everything was fine until I unsubscribed professional plan on 12/20. I send photo ID and bank statement as required during registration.
As soon as I unsubscribed the professional plan, I got suspension email saying related to an account that may not be used to sell on our site. So I emailed seller-performance@amazon. They reviewed and saying not enough document and asked for electricity bill, and I did upload electricity bill.
Later on, I got the same email saying related to an account that may not be used to sell on our site.
on 12/26, I was still charged 39.99 even my account was suspended and plan was canceled on 12/20.
Now I am very confused by Amazon. What should I do now? Is there any chance to get the account reinstated?
So far it doesn't impact my buyer account. I am also worried that this impact my future action of creating new account as my photo ID has sent as a copy.
