If your items are wholly legit, 100% identical, on the correct ASIN and with the correct corresponding barcode/EAN/UPC then you can report them to Amazon for interference.
But, be warned, sometimes whether you're in the right or in the wrong, Amazon have been known to simply let their bot driven systems decide if you're at fault and could permanently suspend you. It's not unheard of for them to accept you appeal first time around and reject the same defence a second time.
Many of us have been here and it rarely ends well, particularly if you decide to 'go after them'.
Whether you want to hear this or not it is sometimes best to put your account first and give up the fight, particularly if its only over one ASIN out of many.
