I believe it’s buyer account, payoneer statement does not work, you need good high street bank statement

The conventional way of verifying billing address is to take your credit card number and go to a database and verify your billing address number and zipcode

payoneer is abused a lot , if you use a payoneer debit card on amazon this is suspicious

amazon know very well which cards belong to payoneer. if they ask you to provide a credit card statement and at the same time reject payoneer statements you can consider that as a demand to use a different card and provide statement for that card

most likely they want you to use a card from a bank , not from an EMI

why cant you just give them the card number in stead of the card statement?
is there a place to add numbers only?
bots are computer software,programs which read numbers,they dont look at photos or read letters

they send an email to reply to it with a document to proof the billing address of the card that use in the account
