Keep sending them statment and after few attempts they will ask you government issued ID if you can’t provide that then account is gone make new one

I'm struggling with the same issue.

I have tried with
wise, Payoneer, revolution virtual cards, after uploading the need-it paper they still ask for the same, but everything is written for what they asked for their, card numbers, card,ID, and no resolution about that, any suggestions?
