Default Any change to appeal?

Finally got suspension greeting email from Amazon due to the reason below:

''We took this action because it has again been alleged that item(s) you have listed may be counterfeit''

This is my 1st Amazon account, not steath. Have been on about 1 year with decent feedback 98%. I see there is an Appeal option next to the notification. Is any chance that they may give me one more chance? and what should I enclose when appealing?

'again alleged?' and the item 'may be counterfeit'? Sounds like a competitor is doing this.
Do you have a defence?

I'm surprised they let you on this long.

It sounds like this one is for good. :(

I received similar every 1-2 mons but they used different wording like ''we have been noticed your products are not as described'', but each time Amazon just blocked some or all my listings, never put a review on me.

It looked to me that some buyers contacted Amazon directly, they just do something, not the competitor..

I am too, if it was Ebay I wouldn't.

As I know Amazon would normally put a review on you then sentence you later. But they never put a review on me. Thus I think maybe I could ask them at least review me first instead of kiss me goodbye straightway?

Congratulations - manual review must have been done. Care to share how you appealed? PM would be fine if you wish.

Congrat's on the account & the kid. I'm expecting one any day now. A kid that is, not an amazon account (I have plenty of those)
