Question Buyer claimed sent back merchandise?

I had a buyer ask me if they sent back the box set if i would refund them.
Becuase they said some of the dvds didn't work.
I told them sure ago ahead and i will refund you once i get it back.
That was nearly a month a ago.
Now they wrote me yesterday asking if i got it or not.
They said it should had came in last week and some one signed for it.
It was sent to my ups store box and i went over there and asked.
They told me nothing has came in for me last week at all to my box number.
I asked them for the tracking number so i could see for my self.
They opened a A-to-z Guarantee claims with Amazon.
What should i expect out this case.
I think i am getting scammed, funny thing they gave me there number.
Asked me to call them, i am not calling customer at all.

Well a little update, found out they didnt put my box number on the package.
Good thing they sent it back with ups to the ups store.
They found my merchandise i got it back.
Refunded the customer now.
All is well now.

next time tell them to use a tracking number for your protection and theirs. Or that Amazon requires it for returns

Phew you got away with one there, amazon usually rules in buyers favor. Just last week I buyer opened a claim on me stating I sent them an empty package and the stupid thing amazon ask for I couldnt provide... I shipping receipt.. WTF when I use amazon to purchase the labels..

Amazon is a tard sometimes
