So, has anyone had success with them accepting a DL or even a passport with stealth details?

So help me understand this, amazon uk did not ask for any business related info before ? We in US always need to provide business number (ein) at signup which gets verified by iRS
So how is Asking for utr different from what is already been done is US?

Busienss needs utr and personal needs passport ?

Amazon UK did ask for business info before. Business info is relatively easy if you open a new one, for example, a US LLC or a UK Limited company.

What is different now is that Amazon UK is asking for identity documents for the primary contact person, which is passport or equivalent, and possible recent household utility bills under that person's name. This makes stealth accounts where you use a business name + EIN pretty much impossible.

All my UK accounts have been asked for ID, bill in this person's name and proof of bank account ownership under the same person and same address.
Have submitted and waiting for result...
Need to know:
1. Dose Amazon real verify the name and address of the bank account given, as it verified the cc address before? Or only the address but not able to do so for the name?
2. If it passed, can we add another bank account for receiving money without further verification?

They're stealth accounts, the only way they can verify them is by what you have submitted to them.

You might be able to but knowing what they've recently been up to, they will want proof eventually for that account as well.
