basically i need stealth amazon for the purpose of redeeming gift cards without any issues

I have read around the forums and Stealth Book everyone seems to be trying to stealth to sell on amazon

My situation is slightly different and probably easier?

Will I need to link a debit/credit card?

I read amazon become suspicious of new amazon accounts redeeming gift cards straight away?

i understand you can't link a previous used debit/credit card what is you get a new card for the same account can you use that?

What do you put for the billing address and name for a new card?
