180 days is for chargeback,if the vendor is known to sell counterfeits ,fund will not be released.
SE Asian sellers selling countefeit Tiffany,Chanel,Prada,Louis Vitton produced invoices of vendors where they buy from, are just admitting they buy from countefeit vendors and selling countefeits.

here is some toxic news to warm your heart and your wallet-
A family often goes to Paris for vacation, claimed to have bought genuine Chanel leather goods from a Paris boutique (end of season sales) and sell them on Ebay, have proof of credit card receipts .
Chanel Vero verified these are ⊗⊗⊗⊗,there is no such end of season sales and that boutique does not carry Chanel good,it is not a CHanel dealer.
What they have are counterfeits made in China.
The lesson is showing vendor receipts do not always save your skin

If it's an inauthentic issue, you'll never see that money again.
But if it's not, you should be able to get that money back

Trust me, jeff is far from the richest in the world.
OP, your best bet is to try and get a lawyer to write a legal certified letter demanding the release of the funds, I've heard people getting successful with this.
After that, your best bet is to actually take it to arbitration. Amazon has the burden of proof, they need to prove that the items you sold are not authentic, which is hard for them to do when amazon only goes based off of customer "complaints", and paranoia.
Talk to an actual lawyer that deals with this, I remember this subject being brought up before, search the forums and find the thread where people successfully appealed, I think they recommended lawyers to use

I have Amazon holding a large amount for more than 90 days after they linked my stealth to a suspended account.
Is there any hope that I'll get my money?

does that stealth account owe AMZN money?
what is the reason for suspension?
does your new account sell counterfeit goods?
By now,AMZN must have a long list of suppliers making counterfeit goods

B. "violations of our Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct" But both accounts got the email within a few minutes of each other, which means they probably got linked.
C. No, never, was not asked for invoices either.

There are people in China with a net worth of a hundred billion, up to half a trillion.
Others located in other areas of the world that are in the low billions, and up. You just don't hear about them because they aren't in the news or TV.
Others on this forum have said they had lawyers represent a stealth account and get the money back. Its not like you can't have the lawyer go to arbitration "for" you, and (from my limited knowledge) you don't need ID to do the arbitration. If you had the account under a company, that eliminates the true stealth issue, and the lawyer can represent the company under the account

Will Amazon not bring that up?

Exactly lol.
@OP, if you had the account transferred into a company name, have the lawyer represent the company that the account is under. Companies are meant to be a shield as they are considered their own "entity", talk to a lawyer and they will be able to better explain what I'm saying. I have no doubt you can get your money back, its just a matter of how much you're willing to spend to get it back as lawyers aren't cheap.
You could start off with the lawyer writing a demand letter for amazon to release the funds.

Go to the American Association of Arbitration and file a claim against them.
It is Amazon's process.
My feeling, however, having done this, is that Amazon somehow owns the AAA.
I hate amazon.
