Usually seller performance is done responding after they send that message

But you can try jeff@amazon.com and they usually respond at least 1 more time

I have negative balance of $600 on my account which was suspended 8 month ago and $7800 was held on it.

Amazon email me that:

"Dear,

We reviewed your account, and found that it has a balance due of -619.69 USD in US. In order to have your account reactivated, please pay your outstanding balance.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please pay the balance due on your account. You can pay your balance online by wire transfer or check.
Online payment
-- To pay online, click the “Repay Balance” button on the Payments page under the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...lement-summary).

Invoice request for 3 ASIN's provided them and they said they are "forged and manipulated" and they kept all my money on the account $7800 and they said they wont reply to my messages but now they are saying i have $600 negative balance and if i pay it they will reactivate my account.

Here is my opinion :
Forged invoices are notated to your account and tough to recover from.

My guess is they are trying to recover their $600. Then won't restore your account. It's the billing vs suspension departments not knowing what each are doing.

But if you don't pay it, then you won't ever have any chance to restore the account.

I had the same issue. They were holding around 4k and then suddenly my balance went down mines exact same amount (-4k). They tried the charge me that amount. Thank god I realized that a few days before and put a hold on my card. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Amazon apologized for the issue and stated they will fix it soon. My balance is now zero instead of 4k (at least not negative) but 4k is still missing. (account suspended for forged a year ago)

After a year of suspension as last reply from Amazon last year was invoices i provided are "forged or manipulated" and they wont reinstate my account and transfer my funds which are $8000.

I tried my chance before few days to email Amazon again and they replied with same things again for request for invoices for same ASIN's even though they told they wont respond anymore because invoices are forged or manipulated.

"Dear Seller,

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time.

Please send the following information for the items listed at the end of this email:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents.
