Another issue with Seller Performance ...
Hello Everyone,
looks like the headache caused by seller performance would never stop ..
I've created new accounts 2 weeks ago, and I've been asked to send the utility bills for review as usual, I've sent them, but didn't receive any decision by the performance, I've kept sending them each 2 to 3 days, but they are totally ignoring any messages, I could get a response on 2 accounts, one of them was rejected and they asked for a new bill scan on the other one, I've replied on both but also there's no single reply.
Any suggections ? are there any specific days or hours which better to send on ?
